Train the trainer

An advanced training course for internal trainers as well as team and department heads. The way in which knowledge is imparted determines the learning outcome. The participants gain knowledge of active learning methods and develop their own training scenarios directly in the workshop. For visualization support and full-sensory learning, they practice visualization in writing and images, and directly convert what they have practiced into actual training materials. In the course of the workshop, all participants receive feedback on their devised teaching materials, which at the same time serves as quality control for the developed training modules.
Transfer training
Make it stick!
Training transfer is a hallmark of successful learning processes. Training transfer can be systematically practiced and produces good results especially in adult education. The course participants learn how to facilitate and support their coworkers by guiding them in integrating what they have learned into their everyday work. Topics such as “learning to learn” – attitude toward learning, strategies for learning and ways to enhance motivation to learn – are addressed in the workshop.

Bosses are visionaries, role models, coordinators and coaches wrapped in one. The role of coach affords enormous latitude to guide coworkers along the path to mutual success. The course participants become acquainted with a variety of coaching models. They acquire the basics for successful coaching and train in their coaching role.
Conversation monitoring

Jointly analyzing customer conversations directly with employees helps to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service and sales. In the analysis process, solutions and actions to improve performance are developed in direct collaboration with employees. Recognition of the need to take action and the mutually agreed goals motivate employees to implement the discussion results in their everyday work. During the training, supervisors and coaches learn how to successfully conduct monitoring.
